Before you is the market consultation document for the purpose of obtaining market information as input for a European tender to be held. The European tender concerns the contracting of one contracting party for the realization of a Virtual Reality training environment for the training centerprogram for tunnel employees of the municipality of The Hague. With this market consultation, the municipality of The Hague wants to gain better insight into the market by obtaining an answer to the question of how the service can best be requested.
The municipality of The Hague is the tunnel manager of the road tunnel.els Hubertustunnel, Koningstunnel and Victory Boogie Woogietunnel. The municipality of The Hague will also be responsible for operating and monitoring the Grotiusplaats underpass (in preparation) after completion. Pursuant to the WARVW, the tunnel manager is responsible for maintenancehonor of the tunnel. One of the responsibilities of the tunnel manager under the WARVW is to train tunnel employees (tunnel operators and officers on duty - tunnels) to ensure safe use of the tunnels. The tunnel operators monitor and operate the tunnels and thus direct noinstall the tunnel technical installations. The OvD-Ts mainly have an operational role in incidents and calamities.
The tunnel employees who are involved in and/or responsible for the operation and monitoring of the Hague traffic tunnels must be trained, trained and trained in accordance with the WARVW....
