The municipality of Amsterdam wants to use the knowledge and skills from the market to better describe and question the services. A number of questions have been formulated that should provide the municipality of Amsterdam with a better insight.
Assignment description:
The Cluster DII (Digitisation, Information and Innovation) has the ambition to improve the competences of all employees. To be able to achieve this, there is a need to streamline the entire course-specific training offer, including the administrative handling of the administrative processes surrounding the planning, booking and charging of external inputs.to outsource purchased training to a training intermediary. The Amsterdam School within the municipality of Amsterdam is the functional owner of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the training intermediary must use the recently awarded LMS in a tender.
