- We conduct this market consultation in preparation for a tender. With this consultation we want to find out whether and, if so, which parties can provide the requested services.
Whether the Contracting Authority will actually proceed with a (European) tender and if so, on which personier or in what form the Contracting Authority will do this is not yet known. This depends, among other things, on the reactions and answers we receive.
The Market Consultation provides benefits for all parties involved. The Contracting Authority determines what is possible and what the market is likelooks and what is going on in the market. It helps to formulate the requirements and properties of the requested delivery/service in such a way that the market can offer it in a good manner. In addition, we use the information received to determine the most appropriate tender procedure.
Need
The needwhat VWS needs is a central and uniform quality framework with education, training and intervision in the field of decision aid conversations (pillar 1) and psychosocial assistance after abortion (pillar 2). The current agreement with Fiom for developing and offering education, training and intervision coursest on September 30, 2024. The contract will therefore be put out to tender again. The new contractor must continue to build on what already exists and further develop FIOM's education, training and intervision.
