- Telephone accessibility is essential to be able to provide good services and digital cooperation. Because our old business communication tool no longer satisfies, we are looking for a new telephony solution, in keeping with the technological developments and possibilities of this time. What we are looking for is set out in Chapter 2 "Vision on telephone accessibility". In line with this vision, digital and hybrid working is a starting point. We want Microsoft 365 functionalities and specific Microsoft Teams (Calling) to form the basis within this vision. To this end, the municipality has Microsoft 365 E5 licenses and therefore also access to Microsoft Teams Calling licenses. The ultimate goal is to write a tender in which we look for an agreement with one service provider responsible for delivering, implementing and technically maintaining a total telephony solution that fits our municipality perfectly.
