Description:
The region is looking for an innovative collaboration partner who can work with the municipalities and a V(S)O school to shape a facility for young people who are at risk of dropping out and who may therefore end up at home. This facility helps young people on their way to further education or leads to further educationar labor. Specific attention must be paid to the right support, so that young people can work on their future
The facility offers an appropriate and integrated education-care day program to the placed young people. This means that education and support complement each otheroffered and that the curriculum is handled flexibly based on the idea: 'relationship for performance'. An appropriate outpatient aftercare program is available from the facility for young people who leave the facility for another educational facility or workplace. This is so goodto facilitate the possible transition to the next educational facility or job.
