The control room is a first telephone contact point and the link between citizens, GGDs and chain partners such asThe police, hospitals and social authorities.
Reports arrive 24/7 and usually have to deal with forensic medicine, (psycho) social and violence problems, including domestic violence and child abuse, but there are also reports about infectious diseases. Estimatedprocesses the control room around 22,000 reports per year.
The current assignment consists of registering reports regarding social health care and to pass them on to the right departments and healthcare professionals.
In 2025, the GGD Amsterdam will tender the control room services.With this market consultation we ask input from Markt to think along about the principles for the new assignment.
