Description:
As of December 1, 2021, the Fully Automatic Car Storage (hereinafter VAB) on Apeldoornselaan (APD) will be closed by order of the municipality. To reopen the garage, large-scale renovation work is required to the car shed and a new future-proof parking system must be installed for the garage.et mountains of cars to be built in. A tender procedure will be followed for the new parking installation in order to find the right partner for realization and multi-year maintenance.
The decommissioned car storage installation was a fully automatic car storage facility with 124 parking spaces.places of honor and a fully automatic car storage system, based on a so-called shuttle system and two entrance buildings with lifts.
Prior to the tender, market parties will be asked through this market consultation how they can be accommodated within the restrictions of the existing construction consThe VAB APD can fulfill the requirements, wishes and objectives of the municipality. The municipality of The Hague aims to gain insight at an early stage into whether the proposed request is in line with competencies, market experience and to what extent market parties see opportunities infurther optimizing the request or, on the contrary, placing risks or comments on the feasibility of the request.
