Description : The University of Groningen / University Medical Centre Groningen wants to acquire a system that allows in depth spatial analysis of gene and protein expression in defined regions of interest in tissue sections. In addition to samples from preclinical model systems, a large number of analyses will be performed on formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded clinical samples to correlate spatial expression of genes and proteins with clinical and histopathological parameters. The equipment must be able to perform analysis of gene and protein expression in small and large regions of interest while maintaining information of the cellular and tissue context.
