- This market consultation is conducted by and on behalf of TenneT TSO BV. TenneT is the Dutch German 'Transmission System Operator (TSO).
The objective of the Databooster project is to ensure that as-built documentation is unambiguously available within the TenneT organisation. As a result, acontributed to reducing safety risks and increasing security of supply (license to operate).
The scope of this market consultation only concerns the scanning and digital delivery of the analogue station archives. Metadata and digitally store the axis-built documentation in the source systems is outside the scope of this assignment.
At the moment there is an assumption that the station archives of approximately 350 high-voltage substations will have to be scanned within a period of five to eight years. The stations are located within the geographical boundaries of Nederland.
