- The Military Rehabilitation Center (MRC) Aardenburg has four different medical products from manufacturer Motek Medical that require maintenance and further development. There is one copy of all four of the devices below available at the MRC in Doorn, the Products are:
•Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN Extended)
•Gait Real-time Analysis Interactive Lab (GRAIL)
•C-Mill VR
•Dynamic Stability and Balance Learning Environment (DynSTABLE)
Scope:
Voor de bij MRC aanwezige CAREN Extended, GRAIL, C-Mill VR en DynSTABLE :
•Directe technische ondersteenuning through a helpdesk from Monday to Friday from at least 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with the exception of national holidays) with direct access to technical knowledge of the product;
•Annual preventive maintenance visit;
•Monthly preventive service visit;
•Firmware updates;
•Softwareupdates/upgrades including bug fixes;
•Corrective maintenance, further development and relocation;
•Dismantling, relocating and commissioning of the products;
•Upgrade and replacement of the installed base of CAREN Extended;
Under the service agreement it is not possible to create new productsto purchase products or to maintain/move Products other than the Products listed within the scope. The service agreement is aimed at ensuring that the current Products remain operational or that the Products can be used more effectively or efficiently.
