Description:
In preparation for a possible tender for a portfolio management system (PMS), the province of South Holland is holding a public market consultation. The attached market consultation document describes the ambition of the province, the high-over the functional requirements and wishes and questions to the market. The procedure that applies to this market consultation is also described. On March 1, 2023, the province of South Holland switched to the Organizing Organization (OGO). It is described that all the work in assignments must be formulated. This applies to both stable (continuous) and dynamic (temporary) activities. A sharp split was made between the assignment (o) and staff side (p). That optimal cooperation must be done between the O and the P is obvious.
