Description : This Market Consultation relates to Equigy's need for IT-services to facilitate the evolution of the Crowd Balancing Platform (CBP) and enable future growth of Equigy in Europe. This market consultation is a first step towards an European tender(s) for procuring IT services for planning, building and running the CBP. Equigy aims for creating additional liquidity for balancing and congestion management markets by unlocking active participation of distributed assets, by further developing the CBP within the electricity sector to: Further develop the existing activities in the five countries;. Scale up the developed solutions with more customers (i.e. aggregators); Develop additional ancillary services /congestion management products; Develop additional value-adding functionalities (e.g. more advanced validation mechanisms); Enrol other TSOs in Europe as a step towards establishing a European standard; Enrol DSOs in the different markets for managing constraints and for unlocking DER for congestion management.
