Description: Erasmus MC wishes to contract a patent office for the following required activities / functions:
- providing advice with regard to (patentable) inventions,
- providing services related to the writing, administration / registration and enforcement of patents,
- comply with the schedule of requirements,
- (continuous) improvement of the services provided as such.
Trademark law and copyright that are focused on the application / research areas relevant to us are expected to fall outside the scope of this assignment.
The expected volume is an average of 15 new applications per year with an ongoing patent portfolio of approximately 100 patent families. Applications directly related to existing patent family are expected to remain with the current partner.
