In the framework of the Core Day-Ahead capacity calculation, the Net Position Forecast (NPF) is an important input used in different steps of the process. The goal of the NPF is to deliver a two-day-ahead forecast of net position for each bidding zone within the Core CCR. Relevant bilateral exchanges on non-Core borders are also included. With this market consultation, the Core and CE CCR are seeking information from solution providers on NPF solutions. The main objective of this Request For Information is to learn more about potential solutions available in the market, verify whether our requirements can be met by market solutions.
