Air Traffic Control the Netherlands (ATCNL) seeks your valued advice to prepare a sourcing strategy for a ModeS Mobile Radar. Multiple radars in the Netherlands will be replaced over the coming years. The purpose of deploying a mobile radar is to maintain the continuity of the operation. It is important to keep sufficient ModeS coverage during the replacement of a radar. Furthermore, the mobile Mode S radar could potentially be used when a radar fails.
