The project in short: the flood defense in Arcen consists of both a green turnover and a hard turn, partly with a removable part. This flood defense is rejected at height, piping and inward stability. In order to meet the requirements of the Water Act (primary objective), approximately 5.1 kilometers of turning must be reinforced, with additional connections to the high soil.
