- Leiden University of Applied Sciences (hereinafter referred to as HL) wants to move to 1 joint Learning Management System (LMS) for all programs of the institution.
Currently, two faculties use the itslearning system and three faculties use a custom solution based on Office365 (Sharepoint). HL wants to take a step forward in ICT support for education by switching to an LMS that will be used by the entire university.
This market consultation is primarily aimed at obtaining information from the market with regard to an approach and the way in which HL plans to purchase an LMS can tender and implement and explore market interest for our assignment. HL will use the results of the market consultation to choose an appropriate purchasing strategy. You will find all the necessary information in the market consultation document in Mercell.
