Description:
The objective of the market consultation is to test the desired interpretation by Avans against the need for Intermediair sports subscriptions.
In the desired situation, Avans strives to investigate alternative possibilities that go further than the current situation. One of the options is vacknowledging expansion to different chains and sports locations for various sports, in addition to fitness. This could include sports such as yoga, boxing, squash and other varieties.
Current situation:
At the moment about 300 Avans employees use a gym subscriptiontakes 6 or 12 months. The employee receives an employer's contribution of €25 per month during the term of the subscription, which is settled via the gym subscription. If the subscription is more than €25 per month, the remaining amount will be settled with the employee himself.
