- With the intended tender, RWS aims to guarantee the continuity of services and the implementation of government tasks for 13 ships by using satellite communication for maritime applications. This communication solution serves for both data connection for business purposes and for Crew Welfare. Subscriptions, equipment, service and support must be provided. The supplier must be able to work with RWS to realize a safe connection to the RWS network, in accordance with the BIO (Baseline Information Security Government), and with the contracted yards provided for in the maintenance of the ships. The aim is to conclude a contract for the duration of at least 3 years with any optional extensions.
