Image calling is a way in which residents or customers can have digital contact via video and sound, similar to a visit to the town hall. Files can be shared during image calling. Image calling is safe because (if necessary) is logged in with DigiD. The municipality wants to add image calls to the existing ways to be helped at the desk in person. The municipality of Microsoft Teams is currently used for image calling with suppliers and colleagues. In addition, the JCC appointment system is used to make agreements. Link with this system is required.
