Description:
The reason for keeping this market consultation is the professionalization of the IDU process (employment, transfer and employment) for the CCTG (Cloud Computing Twente Municipalities). The IDU process takes care of the personnel changes and some IT tasks are fallingK under this process. Hengelo is the IT management organization for the CCTG consisting of a few organizations in the region. Recently a new regional municipality has decided to join the CCTG. The CCTG manages the total number of accounts of these different organizations. Currently NOG too many IT management tasks manually performed in the IDU process and that entails risks, such as having unwanted access rights or not (timely) deactivating an account. In an annual audit by the accountant, the quality and risks of the IDU process in K areAart brought and points for improvement. The municipality of Hengelo would like to be able to handle the annual audit smoother by automating the IDU process and reporting it automatically. The municipality of Hengelo wants to reduce the risks with IT management, the IT tasks in the IDU process automation andBeing able to account for better responsibility to the accountant.
