ICTU intends to consolidate various applications that are currently being used within the Operations Directorate and to offer the required functionality from one integral business operations platform. This was taken as a service in the cloud (Saas). The intended request includes the delivery, implementation/migration and support of the future business operations platform. This market consultation offers ICTU the opportunity to use the experiences and expertise of potential suppliers and other stakeholders. Through this consultation, various perspectives can be collected, innovative solutions can be identified, any impossibilities are excluded from the follow -up and important lessons are learned from earlier implementations.
