Description:
The municipality of Apeldoorn has started preparing the purchasing process for housing facilities in the field of WMO. The intention is to have the new agreement (s) entered from 1 January 2026. In preparation for the purchasing procedure, the municipality of Apeldoorn is organizing a market consultation.The results of the market consultation can be included in the final tender documents. The market consultation consists of two rounds, where the following topics are central: • Round 1: Principles memorandum Purchasing Purchasing Housing Facilities WMO; • Round 2: Questions about topicsfor the further design of the intended tender. The first market consultation was carried out in the second quarter of 2024. During this market consultation round, the municipality obtained knowledge and insights to further prepare the starting point memorandum. The principles memorandumforms the basis for the purchasing process and the agreements that result from it. The principles deal with policy -related aspects, but also purchasing, contract management and financial administrative principles. In the meantime, the starting point memorandum has been established and the municipality is preparing thetender for. The municipality cordially invites you to participate in this second round of market consultation.
