- The municipality of Noordoostpolder again has development locations that will be developing in 20262028 in line with the municipal housing needs research (Appendix 1) and the development perspectives for housing locations up to 2035 (Appendix 2). In accordance with the relevant case law in consequences, among other things, the Didam judgment and the Grand Outwriting Policy Rule of the municipality of Noordoostpolder (Appendix 3), the municipality will publicly put these development locations on the market. To realize sufficient (affordable) homes in the municipality of Noordoostpolder, the municipal council recently established a gear agenda (Appendix 4). Prior to the tender, the municipality wants to organize a market consultation on July 7 axis. at 2 p.m.
