Description:
In preparation for a possible (European) tender, the police are organizing this market consultation on hotel meeting accommodations.
Bookings of hotel accommodations, includes overnight stays for one or more people or group bookings for a certain duration of stay and optional food, drink, parking etc.
The bookings of meeting accommodations include the rental of the external accommodation and the care immediately associated with Optionally accompanying hotel stay (s). The meeting accommodations to be rented include both small rooms from 2 people and large (congress) rooms. This means that it is possible to book a location for the benefit of events, but not exclusively, via the intermediary.
The police must be able to be on the spot at events, calamities or other events throughout the country and therefore it is often necessary to use From external accommodations to meet or spend the night. To give a picture of the diversity of regular bookings, the list below with examples of goals for which a hotel or meeting accommodation must be booked:
• team or department meetings;
• meetings;
• Training and training;
• Shielded bookings;
