Description: The IUC-RIVM intends to spend the purchase of HL7 tooling. HL7 is an international standard for information exchange in healthcare. There are different versions of HL7 in use such as FHIR, V3.0 and V2.5. Within RIVM, a number of incoming data flows have been recognized where HL7 is the information standard used. This concerns data from hospitals, laboratories, general practitioner information systems, GGD and etc. This makes the RIVM need a standard building block to convert HL7 messages efficiently, with minimal customization, to other message formats so that these can be stored in underlying systems and Vice versa can be picked up. The IUC-RIVM attaches great importance to the opinion of market parties and wants to consult them before a tender starts. A written closed market consultation is therefore held in preparation for the tender.
