Description:
Within the IND, external medical expertise is used for various parts of the process (regular and asylum). In 2007, the government announced measures to make the asylum procedure faster and more careful. One of these measures was to recognize and take the applicant's medical problems at the as early as possible stage of the procedure. In addition to the medical expertise (medical advice) for the Medical Advice (BMA) agency (BMA), this is also about; Advising “hearing and deciding”, age research and expertise for departmental requests. In some cases, additional, an additional nurse and (insurance) doctor expertise are called upon. The above services are within the IND for the Asylum and Protection Directorate (hereinafter A&B) and the Service Service Service (hereinafter DV) is housed in the current situation through separate contracts.
