Description : The Contracting Authority is preparing a tender for replacement of existing Heavy Decontamination Equipment currently in use with the Dutch Armed forces. Before publishing this tender, the Contracting Authority has decided to consult the market first. The purpose of this consultation is two-fold. On one hand to inform the market of the upcoming acquisition of new Heavy Decontamination Equipment. On the other hand to determine the extent of the interested eligible potential suppliers' (hereinafter referred to as respondents) markets and to explore the market's potential to meet the replacement need of the Contracting Authority.
