Description : The purpose of this market orientation is to determine which contractors are both willing and able to offer GIS expert support to RVO for the development of future planned offshore Wind Farm. Interested contractors are by means of this market orientation invited to send an expression of interest to RVO. RVO will provide interested contractors with documentation required to provide RVO with a formal proposal. See the attached market orientation document for further details.
