Description: This project is a market consultation and explicitly not a tender. This market consultation on monitoring and response (M&R) is carried out by a working group (hereinafter also: ' ' contracting service ' ' ') on behalf of VNG Realization. The working group consists of representatives of the VNG, participating decentralized authorities and purchasing agency BIZOB. The market consultation is intended as an exchange of information with interested parties for a possible tender. This is therefore not a tender for a public contract. Through this market consultation we wish to gain insight into the possibilities and impossibilities of the market in preparation for a new collective purchasing process. In addition, we want to gain insight into what the market can offer to connect to a (very) short -term municipalities to a solution for monitoring and response as a bridging to a long -term service to be acquired for the long term.
