- The Province of Zeeland intends to initiate a European tender procedure to conclude a framework agreement (ROK) with one contractor with a term of four (4) years for the modernization of the Electrical Installations and PLC controls of a total of seven (7) nautical objects, namely four (4) movable bridges, two (2) lock complexes and one (1) central PLC facility for remote control of the bridges within the area of the Province of Zeeland. Within the term of the framework agreement, the Province of Zeeland wants to have modernized one (1) movable bridge by the year 2026. The contracting authority intends to modernize the other nautical objects for the period 2027 to 2029.
