Description:
The municipality of Zoetermeer has been using the same financial system for a long time. The system is business critical: essential for the continuity of business processes. The system is interwoven with many other systems at the municipality and linked to various software packages. The current suitket is on premise. The municipality wants to investigate the possibilities for a SaaS solution. In addition, the municipality is looking for innovation and wants to approach work in a smarter way where possible, for example by further automating financial processes. Parts that we still keep track of manually zwe would like to have included in the new system in a practical standard way. We want to digitize/smarten the entire purchasing process from P2P.
