This concerns a market consultation of the Radboudumc with regard to the delivery of a federated data platform.
The Radboudumc works through the Carmenda project to set up a national infrastructure for the safe and responsible reuse of care data within the disabled care. In thatFramework we prepare an innovative tender for a software platform for Federated Learning and Federated Analyzes. This platform should make it possible to perform privacy-first analyzes on structured and unstructured care data (from free text fields) from EPDs, among others,ECDs from the care for the disabled, general practitioner data and CBS data sets, without data storing centralized. The focus in 2025 is on performing proof of concepts, then we want to scale up. We have guaranteed financing up to and including June 2028.
