In Noord Brabant and Zeeland, 4 Environmental Services (Services) are active: Environment Agency Brabant Noord (ODBN) Environmental Service Central and Service West-Brabant (OM OMP) Environment Agency South East Brabant (ODZOB) Regional Implementation Service Zeeland (RUD Zeeland) for the registration of (environmental) complaints, these 4 services are looking for an environmental complaints application (MKA). A tender for a SaaS solution, in connection with the expiry of the current complaints application S@Men, MKA intended as of January 1, 2024Scope with the following functionalities: an application in which complaints are received, are transferred to the correct treatment service and are handled. An application in which employees of the telephone service can increase complaints. A digital way in which detectors can submit their reports, such as a web form.
