- The Heuvelland municipalities in Zuidlimburg strive for powerful cooperation in the field of energy transition. In order to effectively support residents in making their home more sustainable, we explore the joint design of a regional energy counter. To date, every Heuvelland municipality has its own contract to fill the energy desk. As of 01.01.2026, they wish to withdraw jointly and to conclude a joint contract with a party that will use the Energy Desk Uniform for all municipalities. The counter must offer accessible, independent, reliable and high -quality support for, among other things, energy saving, sustainability and subsidy options. With this market consultation we want to involve market parties early in planning. The aim is to gain insights into the needs of residents with regard to an energy desk, possible fillings of an energy counter, implementation forms, quality assurance and cooperation models for the energy counter.
