- The three Security Regions intend to purchase approximately 2 to 4 emergency vehicles per region in the short term. An emergency vehicle (HV) is used for incidents where specialist knowledge and/or materials are required and it generally meets the points below.For VRHM and VRFGV, an HV consists of a truck chassis with a cabin for 2 persons, for VR Gelderland Zuid this is for 4 persons, a superstructure for storing packing parts, a crane and a winch (both still to be determined). An HV has all the features and amenities of a braemergency vehicle (such as siren, flashing light, striping, communication facilities, etc).
