- The maintenance of the Eten in the city of Groningen and one in Leeuwarden, and there are also a few locations in the so-called rural areas. The real estate is categorized according to space or use function: education, research, office, catering and supporting. There are eleven faculties in the RUG's real estatefour services housed. The RUG is currently responsible for the maintenance of the Ee plots. This is currently an effort-based contract. The University of Groningen intends to conclude a contract based on performance orientation, which will involve more of a partnership compared to the current contract. The RUG wishes to request this interview againto be spent in three lots of approximately equal size, composition and complexity.
