- With this market consultation, RWS aims to gain insight into whether there are requirements/specifications for the (having) conducted underwater inspections. By getting into force of the "Safe working under water" framework, the use of divers for work for/by divers should be prevented as much as possible by deploying alternative techniques. To be able to do this in a good way, there must be requirements/specifications for the requesting such work. It must also be possible to check whether these requirements are met.
