Description:
Woonopmaat intends to realize in the project area, Elink Sterkstraat/ Berghuisstraat in Beverwijk with project name "De Groene Tuinen", at least 82 social rental homes and renovate 20 single -family homes. The project is complex because of the presence of private owners and the combination of demolition/ new construction/ renovation. Based on this invitation, we are happy to come into contact with the parties to test the intention of this assignment, the intended request and the associated preconditions. The purpose of this market consultation is two -fold. First of all, we have the desire to inform market parties and let it take knowledge of this assignment. In addition, Woonopmaat Belang attaches importance to input from the market in order to make optimum use of the knowledge and expertise present at the market parties to determine the frameworks and conditions of the assignment. Woonopmaat is looking for a project partner for this project that comes to the optimum approach to this project.
