The need that the Contracting Authority has for the future is the mandatory annual Audit of the Defense Pass.
Before a future request for quotation is drawn up and issued, the Contracting Authority will hold a market consultation. The generalThe purpose of this market consultation is to see whether there are market parties that are interested in the future assignment, whether the requirements are realistic, the feasibility and the preconditions of the future assignment. The Contracting Authority also wants to collect knowledge and insights from market partiesn which can be taken into account when drawing up the final request for quotation/tender.
It is expressly stated that this market consultation is not part of the tender procedure. Participation in the market consultation is completely voluntary and without obligation and has no effect whatsoeverimportant consequences for possible participation in a possible tender.
