Description:
The Province of South Holland is responsible for the management and maintenance of movable structures, control centers (also known as central object control), industrial (OT) network, incident coordination desk (IC desk) and shore power cabinets within the provincial area. These activities aren until now carried out by means of framework agreements under the terms of the UAV 2012. As a result, there are various contractors where the client, in addition to directing, also coordinates.
Due to the division of the work among various contractors, there are many interfaces andthe client not only has control of the work, but also the coordination and coordination of the various activities/contractors. The Province of South Holland considers this undesirable. For the new contract period, there is a need for an overarching integrated contract based ons of UAV-GC where the coordination goes to the contractor.
