Scope project
The work that is part of the scope of this project only concerns the architectural renovation work of the municipal office building. The following applies:
Within Scope Project
• Completely stripping the floors, with the exception of of Constructive building parts (staircase, lifts and sanitary core).
• The structural preparation of all floors for the new design, in accordance with the design determined by the municipality.
• The realization of new partitions, ceilings, floors, doors, frames and other Architectural elements.
• Taking care of the architectural finish, including painting and tile work, floor finishes and other finishing work.
• Making structural provisions to support the installation work of the permanent installer (for example, recesses and implement).
• Coordinating and coordinating the architectural work with the permanent installer and other parties involved.
• Taking and complying with all measures in the field of building safety, working conditions and limiting nuisance for municipal business operations.
