Description: The purpose of this market consultation is:
1. Defense wants to have the current and future permanent formation actively participated in the renewal project aimed at replacing the HR IT application landscape. In this way it is ensured that the own staff grows with the development and is therefore able to manage the new landscape after completion of the renewal.
2. Insight in what possible continuity solutions or approaches can be that make point 1 possible. Defense is also interested in out-of-the-box solutions for this;
3. Getting insight into the potential of the players in the market that have demonstrable, recent experience with staffing and managing the current P systems and the applications/application portfolios managed by Defense (see background information);
4. The arousing interest among players in the market.
