Market consultation for the construction of an artificial grass football field with a heat collector system and water storage that meets the KNVB 2-15 standard at sports park Zuilen. This heat is used in combination with, for example, an STES for the heat and energy needs of Sporthal Zuilenet. The collector field for heat is used efficiently for Sporthal Zuilen with the aim of making Sporthal Zuilen completely gas-free and energy-neutral. See appendix 'current gas and electricity consumption' and 'generation from existing solar panels on the roof' . The collector field becomes eproperty of the municipality of Utrecht. The sports hall was built in 2011 and it is currently already an energy-efficient sports hall with a thermal storage system and solar panels on the
