- The municipality of Zwolle is investigating the possibilities of having a green gas installation installed at the Hessenpoort industrial estate in Zwolle. The municipality intends to launch a tender in the market to arrive at a concession agreement for the realization and operation of a green gas installation with one party or consortium of parties. The preparation takes place in two different tracks: 1. Location development - spatial development plan - environmental plan 2. Contracting a developer and operator of the green gas installation The preparatory work in the first development track influence the operator's contracting. It has therefore been decided to consult interested parties at an early stage. This is done through this market consultation. The municipality of Zwolle is organizing a digital meeting on November 25, 2025 in which interested parties can participate to take. During this meeting, the project will be explained by the project team of the municipality of Zwolle. See the market consultation document for this.
