- The resident is always central to the services and support that the municipalities of Maastricht-Heuvelland provide to its residents. A meticulous and thorough Client Figure Research is part of this vision, in which the experiences of residents give feedback on the system that the client has set up. The residents must be questioned in an accessible way so that signals come up and the results must be usable for the client to be able to implement improvements.
In 2021 a number of new contracts were concluded for WMO guidance, in 2023 for Protected at home and per 2026 for household help by the municipalities of Maastricht-Heuvelland. These new contracts are also the reason for conducting a (separate) client experience investigation aimed at the service tasks in the context of that is in line with the relevant contract agreements. The WMO client experience investigation is one of the management instruments for the client's contract managers.
This assignment does not therefore focus on the legal obligation on the basis of which municipalities are held on a number of parts of the social domain a (general) holding a client experience. A different interpretation is given to the client experience investigation from this assignment (following the aforementioned contract agreements), as explained below.
