Description:
In 2018, the Kennemerland Safety Region (VRK) completed a European tender procedure for cleaning services and window cleaning. The agreement has an initial term of 3 years and 11 months, expiring on February 28, 2023. VRK has the option to terminate the agreement unilaterally extendable three times, each time for two years. The current extension period runs until February 28, 2027. After that, VRK can extend the agreement one more time, until February 28, 2029 at the latest. In preparation for this tender, VRK wishes to consult the market. The results of this factor in the decision whether or not to use the last extension option. Because this is an assignment subject to tender, it does this in the form of a public market consultation on TenderNed.
