Dear partner,
The attached document concerns a market consultation of the Ministry of Defense. The Camera Surveillance (CT) department of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee (KMar) responds to this need. Currently, cameras are mainly analyzed 'with the naked eye'. The need is to bring this alongr automated, so that information for the operation can be obtained in real time and afterwards. The need is focused on analysis tools that can analyze movements, patterns and non-personal characteristics such as walking direction, abnormal movement patterns and clothing colors. Due toprivacy regulations, facial recognition is not included in the need. You are not supposed to create a detailed offer at this point. It is important that you provide sufficient information about the possible solution you can provide, so that the Ministry of Defense can seech can form a good picture of both the possibilities and limitations of the market and the future developments that are anticipated.
