- The RUG would like to purchase an air monitoring instrument. The aim is to conduct aerosol measurements within the Ruisdael Observatory Atmospheric Science in the Netherlands, to research the nitrogen issue. A special method will be developed to measure organic nitrogen compounds as well. After careful market research focusing on the requirements, the RUG has come to the conclusion that the MARGA R from Metrohm Process Analytics is the single supplier that can deliver the requirements plus, accessories, training and extended warranty as described in this document. If there are parties who can meet the requirements mentioned in this document as well, please respond to this market consultation before 27 July 2023. If there are no reactions, the RUG will proceed with the purchase of the MARGA R plus, accessories, training and extended warranty of Metrohm without prior publication.
