Water Board De Stichtse Rijnlanden has several sewage treatment plants at several locations that are fascinated by fencing and which can be entered via a gateway. Access to these sites has been set up in various ways for the time being. HDSR has the desire to arrive at one uniform and integral access security solution with the aim of realizing a uniform access control system for the locations (and associated buildings) of Zuiver. For this she wishes to make use of one universal basis (central environment), which can communicate with multiple hardware components (such as cameras, intercoms, etc.), which can be controlled and managed remotely. The access control system must be able to grant employees, visitors and contractors access to the location and associated buildings; o Employees must be able to access card readers themselves; o To visitors and contractors, access must be granted after notification (by eg intercom).
